At this point Slayer still remains much of a mystery. Not much is known other than the fact he seems to be on a mission of vengence to bring down THE CRIME MAN and any of his associates that would stand in his way.
We don't know at this point what drives him in his mission to rid Overlook City of crime. We do know that he appears to be trained in various forms of Martial Arts.
Slayer is a messanger... and the message is death to CRIMINALS.
